Jackson McGinnis is a lifelong Arkansan, born and raised in Marion, AR. Currently, he is a Sophomore at Arkansas State University, double majoring in Accounting and Business Economics; he also is a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.  He has worked on several campaigns across Northeast Arkansas because he cherishes serving the community that has given so much to him.

 As a co-founder of McGinnis King Consulting LLC, Jackson helps candidates and community leaders develop their general campaign strategy, as well as being a force in fundraising planning and campaign financial reports. His work is fully prepared through analytical deep dives of the candidate, their previous races, their opponents, and the location of the race itself. 

Jackson has a realm of experience that many other political consultants do not have. He is an experienced Actor and enjoys being in his community to perform. 

In any and everything that Jackson does, he delivers professional work in a more than professional manner.

Jaise King

Campaign Analytics Specialist

Jaise King is a junior at Boston University studying Journalism, Political Science, and African-American Studies. Raised in the Arkansas Delta, he brings experience in legislative leadership, political writing, nonprofit communications, civic education, and grassroots outreach.

As a co-founder of McGinnis King Consulting LLC, Jaise helps candidates and community leaders develop clear messages, practical policy agendas, and audience-first strategies that mobilize communities too often overlooked in the political process. His work is rooted in making professional campaign consulting more accessible to local and emerging candidates while elevating the ideas, experiences, and young talent of the Delta.

Jaise has authored more than 20 original bills through the Academy for Public Service’s Model Senate, contributed constitutional legal briefs, and led a 15-member communications and editorial team serving students across Arkansas. Across every project, he works at the intersection of policy, storytelling, identity, and public engagement.
